TILAAMINEN – ORDERING

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupan kautta. Kun tilaus on tehty, sähköpostiisi tulee vahvistus tilauksen vastaanottamisesta ja toimittamisesta. Jos verkkokaupan tai tilauksen kanssa on ongelmia, ota yhteyttä minuun sähköpostitse contactme@withmyhandsdream.com. Jos tuotetta ei syystä tai toisesta pystytä toimittamaan luvatussa ajassa, otamme sinuun yhteyttä välittömästi.

Tilaajan on oltava täysi-ikäinen.

Hinnoissa ei ole mukana arvonlisäveroa, sillä en ole toistaiseksi arvonlisäverovelvollinen. Varaan itselleni oikeuden muuttaa tuotteen ja toimituskulujen hintaa siinä tapauksessa, että hinnoittelussa on tapahtunut selkeä virhe. (Otan tällöin yhteyttä, jos muutos vaikuttaa tilaukseesi.)

Tuotteet on tarkoitettu yksityiskäyttöön. Digitaalisten tuotteiden edelleenjakaminen on kielletty.

The products are ordered through the online store. After the order has been made, you will get a notification when the order has been received and delivered. If there are problems with the online shop or the order, send me an email: contactme@withmyhandsdream.com. If we can’t deliver in the expected time, we will contact you immediately.

The customer must be over 18 years old.

Currently, there’s no tax involved in the prices as I sell as a private citizen with no VAT requirements. I receive myself the right to change the price in case I have made a mistake in pricing. (You will be contacted if your order is affected.)

The products are meant for private use only. You are not allowed to redistribute digital goods.

TOIMITTAMINEN-DELIVERY

Pyrin saamaan fyysiset tuotteet postiin viimeistään seuraavana arkipäivänä. Voit myös halutessasi noutaa ostoksesi ja säästyt toimituskuluilta. Nouto onnistuu Espoon Leppävaarasta, tiistaisin, keskiviikkoisin tai perjantaisin, mutta jokainen nouto on sovittava erikseen, jotta tiedän olla paikalla.

Digitaaliset tuotteet toimitetaan automaattisesti maksutapahtuman jälkeen. Linkki, jonka kautta tuotteet voi ladata itselle toimitetaan sähköpostilla. Digitaalisen tuotteen voi ladata korkeintaan 5 kertaa. Tuote on ladattavissa 1 vuoden ajan.

I am trying to send the physical product at the next weekday. You can also come and get your purchases from Espoo, Finland, and you don’t have to pay for the delivery. Every visit must be arranged beforehand.

Digital products are delivered automatically after the payment has been confirmed. The link to the digital files is delivered in email. You can download digital file 5 times at most. The right for download exist for 1 year.

Luethan kuvauksen huolellisesti. Digitaalisilla tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- eikä palautusoikeutta. Jos kuitenkin tuotteen tai toimituksen kanssa on ongelmia, otathan välittömästi yhteyttä minuun: contactme@withmyhandsdream.com.
