Making buckram at home

This time I’m posting my new YouTube video for you to enjoy! After my first hat-making experiment, I wanted to get my hands into proper millinery materials such as buckram. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a local source for it. Well, as my principle in life is pretty much “If I can’t get what I want, I’ll make it myself”, I started researching the option of making buckram at home. Immediately I stumbled upon the video tutorial by Burnley and Trowbridge which didn’t make it sound complicated. So, here is a short video of me making buckram at home.

The next time I’ll show you what I made out of the buckram! Thank you for reading and see you soon! Happy sewing!
