If you have ever looked at haute couture fashion shows, you have seen the breathtaking embroidery designs that combine thread, sequins and beads to create fantastic elaborate designs that decorate evening gowns, collars or perhaps jacket cuffs. In haute couture, those intricated patterns are created by hand. Sometimes whole skirts are full of intricate swirls of both beads and thread. How are those made?

Sew wardrobe, Zara corset and the online course on corsetry.
The Zara corset is a Victorian style corset, each side of which is constructed out of five pieces. It is used in the Craftsy course by A. Smith that I took.

My Crystal Cove Cami
I wanted to make Crystal Cove Cami by Itch to Stitch as soon as the pattern came out. I like how light and floaty it is and the back detail is so pretty!

MakeBra DL01 in black
MakeBra DL01 has a three-part cup which makes it easy to add some pretty lace details to a part of the cup. I modified the pattern for short underwires.
